Construction and jobsite storage

Tools and materials, locked up on the jobsite.

A storage trailer on site keeps materials dry, tools secure, and your crew from driving back to the shop. We deliver to the site and pick it up when the job wraps.

Monthly rentals from $125 · 1-month minimum · Delivered in 24-48 hrs

Storage rentals only. Owned and run in Chapin, SC by Alex and Cole Fisher.

Why it works

Why contractors keep a storage trailer on site.

01

Less theft and weather damage

Solid steel walls and lockable doors keep materials out of sight and out of the rain.

02

Fewer trips to the shop

Tools and materials stay where the work is.

03

Rent for the length of the job

1-month minimum, then month to month until the project wraps.

04

Lots of room

About 4,000 cubic feet in a 53 foot trailer, far more than a job box.

Planning the drop

The trailer needs a firm, reasonably level spot a tractor can reach and back into, and it should stay firm after rain. Plan the spot so it is out of the way of equipment and later phases of the build.

Tell us the site address and any access limits (gates, weight limits, tight turns) when you request a quote, so delivery goes smoothly the first time.

What contractors store

Tools, fixtures, flooring, cabinets, lumber and materials that need to stay dry, plus furniture and contents during a renovation.

Clean, weather-tight storage trailers.

Questions

Common questions, answered.

Can the trailer stay on site for the whole project?+

Yes. After the 1-month minimum it runs month to month, so it stays as long as the job does.

What kind of ground does the trailer need?+

Firm, reasonably level ground the delivery truck can reach: gravel, asphalt, concrete or packed dirt that will not turn to mud after a hard rain.

How much does a storage trailer rental cost?+

Monthly rentals start at $125 per trailer, depending on trailer size and length of term. Delivery, pickup and SC sales tax are quoted separately. Send the details through the quote form and we'll come back with a full number.

How long can I keep a storage trailer?+

Rentals start with a 1-month minimum, then run month to month for as long as you need the space. When you're done, let us know and we'll schedule the pickup.

How fast can you deliver?+

Most orders are on your lot within 24 to 48 hours of confirming your quote. Tell us your timeline and we'll work to hit it.
