Coaxle / Warehouse overflow

Warehouse overflow storage

Out of warehouse space? Add it by the trailer.

When the building is full, a storage trailer on your lot adds about 4,000 cubic feet in a day or two. No construction, no second lease, and it goes back when the busy stretch is over.

Monthly rentals from $125 · 1-month minimum · Delivered in 24-48 hrs

Storage rentals only. Owned and run in Chapin, SC by Alex and Cole Fisher.

Why it works

Why operations use trailers for overflow.

01

Space in days, not months

Most trailers are on your lot within 24 to 48 hours of confirming your quote.

02

Pay only for the busy months

1-month minimum, then month to month. Send it back when volume drops.

03

Right next to your dock

Overflow sits steps from the building instead of across town in a rented unit.

04

Scale by the unit

Need two more for peak season? Add them. Need fewer in January? Send them back.

Storage trailer or more warehouse space?

A second warehouse lease usually means a multi-year commitment, build-out, utilities, insurance and a location you have to route around. For space you only need part of the year, that is a lot to carry.

A storage trailer is the opposite: rented by the month, delivered to your lot, and gone when you are done. For most operations it costs a fraction of warehouse space per month, and only for the months you actually need it.

What fits in a storage trailer?

A 53 foot trailer holds about 4,000 cubic feet, roughly 26 standard pallets floor-loaded. A 48 foot holds about 24 pallets and a 45 foot about 22. That is enough for a surge of inventory, a returns backlog, or packaging and supplies you need close but not inside.
